Joe has been in real estate since 2014. His team served 135 families totaling over $38,000,000 in sales volume in 2020. As lead agent for Team Cozart, Joe focuses on serving the needs of sellers, generating buyers for our sellers through web advertising, and utilizing national networks to stay on top of cutting edge marketing tools.
Prior to real estate he worked in public education for 12 years where he earned a Ph.D. from UGA. Joe has three children and has been married to his wife Deanna since 2003. The family is active at Athens Church, music lessons, and swim team.
